Stepping Into the Future of the Entertainment Industry: RAAM Appoints Ario Bayu as President Director and Gita Sjahrir as Independent Commissioner

PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (IDX: RAAM), one of Indonesia’s integrated entertainment companies, proudly announced the nomination of Mr. Ario Bayu as President Director and Mrs. Gita Sjahrir as Independent Commissioner. Their appointments were officially approved during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on June 24, 2025.
The addition of these two prominent figures reflects RAAM's commitment to combining creative leadership with strategic governance, as the company continues its expansion in film production, digital content, and cinema operations across Indonesia and the wider region.
With over two decades of experience in acting, production, and executive leadership, Ario Bayu brings a dynamic blend of artistic vision and operational strategy to RAAM. Widely recognized for his roles in Soekarno, Sultan Agung, Java Heat, and the Netflix series Gadis Kretek, Bayu has also held key leadership roles in various businesses, including as CEO of PT Indokaria Nusantara Sejahtera and President Commissioner of PT Market Laut Indonesia.
Currently serving as the Chairman of the Indonesian Film Festival (FFI) Committee for 2024– 2026, he plays a pivotal role in advancing the country’s film industry. His appointment as President Director positions RAAM strategically to drive innovation in content creation, expand regional reach, and strengthen partnerships with global platforms.
Also during the AGMS, the company has proposed the appointment of Mrs. Gita Sjahrir as Independent Commissioner, leveraging her deep expertise in investment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable business practices. She previously served as Head of Investment at BNI Ventures and Special Advisor to the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment. She currently sits on the Investment Committee of the Australian Development Investment Fund and serves as an independent commissioner for other publicly listed companies.
This restructuring of the Board of Directors and Commissioners aligns closely with RAAM’s vision for sustainable long-term growth. “We believe this new leadership will enhance shareholder value and position the business for long-term expansion,” said Mr. Raam Punjabi, Commissioner of the Company.
In addition to strengthening its leadership team, RAAM continues to make its mark in the national film industry. The Company’s upcoming horror-thriller film, , directed by Randolph Zaini and produced by Raam Punjabi, is scheduled for nationwide release on September 25, 2025.
