RAAM Reports 32% Revenue Growth, Strong EBITDA Turnaround and Positive Adjusted Profit in Q3 2026

Jakarta, 30 October 2026 – PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (IDX: RAAM, “RAAM” or “the Company”),  one of Indonesia’s established entertainment and film production companies, today announced its  financial performance for the period ended 30 September 2026.

The Company recorded encouraging improvements in its operating performance, with total revenue  increasing by 32% year-on-year to IDR 191.49 billion, compared with IDR 145.42 billion in the  corresponding period of 2025.

A significant highlight was the Company’s turnaround at the EBITDA level, which reached IDR 24.54  billion, compared with negative EBITDA of IDR 48.91 billion in the previous year. EBITDA margin also  improved substantially to positive 13%, from negative 34% in the corresponding period last year.

While the Company reported a net loss after tax of IDR 67.25 billion, this was primarily attributable to  approximately IDR 64.8 billion in one-off losses arising from the disposal of the Company’s 33.33%  equity interest in PT Ciputra Multivision Nusantara (“CMN”), together with approximately IDR 2.9  billion in write-offs relating to tax refunds following a tax assessment.

Excluding these exceptional items, the Company’s Adjusted Profit After Tax stood at a positive IDR  456.02 million, representing a significant improvement compared with an adjusted loss of IDR 81.31  billion in the corresponding period of 2025.

The Company considers its financial performance for the period ended 30 September 2026 an  important milestone in its ongoing business and financial improvement initiatives.

The 32% revenue growth and return to positive EBITDA demonstrate encouraging progress in the  Company’s operating business. While the reported net loss was affected by exceptional non-recurring  items relating to the disposal of its investment in CMN and the write-off of tax refunds, the positive  Adjusted Profit After Tax reflects a significant improvement compared with the previous year.

"Film has carried us through these nine months and Cerita Lila has shown what a strong local release  can do. We'll build on that with more theatrical releases, wider distribution of our film library and a  larger Platinum Cineplex network. With a lighter balance sheet as a result of the CMN divestment we're in a great position to continue to grow the film business in the coming quarters," said Vikas  Sharma, CFO of RAAM.

Going forward, RAAM remains focused on strengthening its core entertainment business, improving  operational efficiency, maintaining financial discipline, and pursuing sustainable growth opportunities  to create long-term value for its shareholders and stakeholders.
