RAAM Announces Strategic Collaboration with IRSX: Strengthening the National Film Industry Ecosystem Together

Jakarta, 23 January 2026 – PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (IDX: RAAM) on January 22nd attended a press conference hosted by PT Folago Global Nusantara Tbk (IDX: IRSX) in Jakarta, marking a  key milestone in their strategic collaboration to co-invest in film production and strengthen  Indonesia’s creative content ecosystem.

At the event, both parties confirmed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)  between RAAM and IRSX to jointly co-invest in more than 4 feature films intended for theatrical  and digital release. Through this collaboration, RAAM expands its role not only as a content  producer but also as an active investment partner in high-potential film projects.

“This collaboration accelerates our strategy to scale our content portfolio while maintaining  strong commercial discipline. We bring decades of production expertise, while Folago contributes  innovation in financing and audience engagement. Together, we create a stronger and more  sustainable film pipeline,” said Ram Punjabi.

The collaboration also supports RAAM’s capital allocation strategy by enabling RAAM to allocate  more internal resources to expand their Platinum Cineplex cinemas. With external co-investment  funding strengthening RAAM’s film production pipeline, the Company can deploy greater capital  into developing new cinema screens, particularly in underpenetrated tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

“From an investor perspective, this initiative strengthens RAAM’s growth visibility. We actively  allocate capital into projects with clear return potential, while leveraging strategic partners to  manage risk and improve execution,” said Vikas Chand Sharma, Chief Financial Officer of RAAM.

During the press conference, Ram Punjabi, President Commissioner and owner of RAAM, noted  that the collaboration may evolve beyond feature film co-investment over time. IRSX and RAAM  will continue to explore potential areas of cooperation across the broader entertainment value  chain, including opportunities related to content distribution, audience engagement, and cinema  networks.

“I chose to work with Subioto (President Director of IRSX) because I see the passion in him for  the entertainment industry. He is also a perfectionist like me, expecting nothing less than  excellence in everything he does. This collaboration will allow us to continue what we do best,  telling excellent stories and innovating, while sharing the risk together,” said Ram Punjabi.
