ongoing discussions and concerns surrounding the use of voice recordings in the film AIN, MVP

Pictures wishes to provide clarification regarding the company's role and involvement in the film.

1. Role of MVP Pictures

MVP Pictures acts solely as the distributor of the film AIN and was not involved in its production

or post-production processes, including the selection, use, or licensing of voice recordings and

other creative elements featured in the film.

2. Responsibility of the Production Company

All production and post-production activities related to the film AIN fall under the full

responsibility of Manara Films, as the production company responsible for producing the film.

3. Coordination and Handling of Claims or Concerns

In light of the above, we respectfully request that any parties with concerns, objections, claims,

or requests relating to the use of materials in the film AIN communicate and coordinate directly

with Manara Films, as the party responsible for the film's production and post-production

processes.

4. Clarification from Manara Films

Manara Films has issued a written clarification through its social media channels, confirming that

MVP Pictures’ role was limited to film distribution, as attached.

MVP Pictures remains firmly committed to upholding professionalism, respecting intellectual

property rights, and complying with all applicable regulations and standards within the

Indonesian film industry.
