KINO TV is a paid over-the-top service delivered through an application. The subscription fees will be auto-debited accordingly by Your Provider. If you want to unsubscribe from KINO TV, please contact your service provider or our customer care through cs.kinotv@gmail.com.
You must register and create an account to access KINO TV. By reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions when creating an account, you become a member of KINO TV. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are fully responsible for the accounts that have been created and KINO TV is not responsible for losses caused by illegal users who use your account.
KINO TV reserves the right at any time without prior notice, to delete, restrict, or stop user access to services if KINO TV, according to its policy, discovers violations of Terms and Conditions, violations of law, regulations, or engaging in other inappropriate behavior in connection with user access to improper service. If there is a termination of this service, you are not entitled to a refund, discount, or other consideration.
To enjoy KINO TV, you need a minimum of 500kbps stable internet access for a small screen mobile phone, PC/laptop, and for a big screen 5 Mbps Chromecast, OTT box. You are fully responsible for internet costs arising from access to KINO TV services. Please check your internet service provider for information about possible internet data usage costs. Poor image quality is often caused by unstable internet services, and this is not the responsibility of KINO TV.
You will start subscribing to KINO TV membership according to the package purchased or activated by the telecommunications operator or by the internet/television subscription service (Your Provider). Therefore, the Billing and Payment Method will be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Telecommunications or internet/television subscription service. By starting a KINO TV membership and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorize KINO TV to charge a subscription fee that is charged in connection with using the KINO TV service. You understand that the amount charged can vary for different reasons such as promotional offers, price changes, and other things.
Price changes. KINO TV has the right to adjust prices for our services or components in any way and this is the sole and absolute policy of KINO TV. Unless expressly stated and regulated in these Terms and Conditions of Use, any price changes for the KINO TV service will apply with notification via email or through other contacts that you provide during registration.
Billing Cycle. Your KINO TV membership fee billing cycle shall follow Your Provider billing cycle terms and conditions.
If you subscribe to KINO TV as an additional service, you can contact Your Provider's customer service center to inform them about the termination of the KINO TV service package.
The KINO TV Service and the Content contained therein are for personal and non-commercial purposes. During your membership period, KINO TV provides unlimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses to access and watch Content via the KINO TV service in streaming. You agree not to use this service for public display. You are strictly prohibited from combining parts or all of Content, copying, duplicating, publishing, modifying, distributing commercially, including removing KINO TV trademarks and re-emitting Content through application hardware or software, unless expressly permitted by KINO TV in writing. Availability of Content at KINO TV will change from time to time. The display quality of streaming can vary on each device and can be influenced by various factors, such as your location, available bandwidth, and your internet connection speed. KINO TV makes no representations or guarantees about the quality of the viewing experience on your screen.
The applicable legal provisions are based on legal regulations in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. These terms of use and your relationship with KINO TV are regulated according to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and you agree to be bound by the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
